Dear Customer,
HACIE will never ask you for any financial account or credit card information through SMS or phone calls for any reason. We also will not request that you visit a bank in person or operate an ATM via these methods.
If you receive such calls or messages, please remain vigilant and do not follow any instructions from unknown callers. If you have any concerns, please contact HACIE immediately or call the 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline for verification.
When you receive calls from numbers starting with "+", "+2", or "+886", please stay alert and be aware that the caller might be altering the phone number or pretending to be from a specific company, bank, or judicial authority. Do not click on unknown links, accept unknown LINE friend requests, or open suspicious SMS messages.
Common fraud tactics include "duplicate orders" or "mistaken installment payments" to gain your trust and then request online banking or ATM operations. If you encounter issues related to bank transactions, please contact your bank directly. If the caller asks you to operate your account or provide information, please refuse to minimize the risk of fraud.
We also advise you to regularly change your password, strengthen password security (using a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers), and avoid entering your account information on public computers to enhance information security.
HACIE wishes you a pleasant day.
