Shipping Instructions:

Orders are shipped approximately 7 to 20 business days after placing the order (excluding holidays).
Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with no deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.
Shipments may be delayed during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.
For home delivery, the actual delivery schedule will depend on the route arranged by the logistics driver.
For pickup at convenience stores, please pay attention to the arrival SMS and pick up the goods within 7 days after arrival. Please do not fail to pick up the goods without reason, as any resulting shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

Notes:

Pre-order items from Korea may have longer waiting times and the possibility of product shortages. If you need urgent items or are unable to wait for additional pre-orders, it is recommended to consider carefully before placing an order.
Store products include both in-stock and pre-order items. In-stock items will be shipped within 1-4 business days after payment completion, while pre-order items require 10-20 business days (excluding holidays). Early arrivals will be shipped according to the remittance order. If the manufacturer is out of stock and additional production is required, the waiting period may exceed 20 business days. For urgent needs, please contact customer service for confirmation before placing an order.
All products are shipped in the order of payment. Payment for in-stock items must be completed within two days, otherwise, HACIE reserves the right to cancel the order. Pre-order payments must be completed before the pre-order deadline to be considered successful. Failure to pay on time or non-payment will not be included in the pre-order list. Late payments can be deferred to the next wave of pre-orders or converted into store credit.
If you need to change or cancel an order after it has been placed, please submit a request within "24 hours" through the customer communication channel of that order. Requests submitted after this time will not be processed, so please consider carefully before placing an order.
Product colors are based on the single product photo. The brightness of the shooting location and screen display will affect the visual perception and may cause slight color differences. The size chart may have slight deviations from the actual product size due to factors such as fabric elasticity, washing treatment, and measurement start and end points. A deviation of ±3cm is acceptable and does not constitute a defect. Due to individual body proportions and sizes, please refer to the size chart carefully before making a purchase.
Some pre-ordered items may require complex procedures such as customs inspection and duties. The arrival time of different products may vary, and shipments will be unified after all items have arrived. If there are both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped separately after the pre-order items arrive. If you need them urgently, you can place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.
Occasionally, there may be shortages or discontinuations of products from Korean manufacturers. We will inform you individually and convert the full amount into store credit (with no expiry date). If individual items need to be separately produced by the manufacturer, the waiting period may be longer. If it exceeds 20 business days, we will first ship out other items that have arrived without additional shipping costs.
